Who We Are

BangMo Hot sauce company ! Why did I start a hot sauce company that is oversaturated? Everywhere you look you see a new hot sauce bottle named “ Butt Burner hot sauce “ , “Jim's Texas Hot Sauce” , “Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce”. I have tried every hot sauce on the shelf and most of it tastes like chillies and Vinegar. There are some bottles out there that are adding new non traditional flavors I like , but they are pricey. I am a Laotian American but grew up in a Lao Household. Most cooking is done at home made fresh!! Many will say Lao food is similar to Thai Food, yes, similar but yet different . We sure Love our hot sauce ! We almost always eat it with every meal. Not the store bought hot sauce , we make it fresh from scratch. We call it Jaew. Most of our Jaew is eaten with sticky rice, meat dishes and/or soup. Most popular Jaew is Jaew Mak Len ( tomato hot sauce) . It has roasted garlic, roasted onions, roasted tomatoes, and cilantro, to add flavor we add fish sauce, msg, rice powder, and padek (fermented fish) . We also have the Jaew som (hot & sour hot sauce) , Jaew Kapee ( Shrimp paste hot sauce) , and Jaew Bong (Meat grind hot sauce) The list goes. I wanted to use some of these traditional and non-traditional ingredients and put it in our bottle . The varieties of Peppers we use like Carolina Reaper, Habaneros, Ghost peppers, Thai Chiles, will add another depth of FLavor to our hot sauces. Our signature hot sauce is the Reaper X Thai Chili bang Sauce. Has some incredible flavors . We use raw tamarind and boil it down for hours to get that nice smooth consistency. Then we roast our garlic, onions, and add our Carolina reapers , Thai chilis. We grind that all up and throw it in our boiling pot . Then we add flavors, fish sauce, chicken bouillon, palm sugar, rice powder,white vinegar. Once it has been cooked long enough we cool it down for 48 hours . Then we bottle it up and ship it to our customers.
